Together as a Family After a Long Time❤️👩‍❤️‍👨

 

On 2026/02/06, almsgiving ceremony was held to mark one year since the passing of my brother-in-law’s father.🤍

On the 5th, I boarded a bus and travelled to Millawa to help with the preparations.🌿🏡 By the time I arrived, a few family members had already started the work, and I gladly joined them.🙂‍↔️👍

We spent time preparing traditional sweets, enjoying their taste as we worked. Along with that, we completed many other household tasks. ☕When everything was done for the day, I went to sleep with thoughts about what the next day would bring.💆‍♀️

The following day, we continued working until night. 🤍After completing all the arrangements, the monks arrived and delivered a Dhamma sermon.🤍🙏 Alms were then offered to those who had gathered, bringing the day’s activities to a close.🗣️

The next morning, I had the opportunity to prepare seven offering trays. Shortly after, seven monks, glowing in golden robes, arrived and delivered a sermon. 💛🙏After the monks partook in the alms, food was also offered to everyone present.🙂‍↕️

The day ended by carefully cleaning up and arranging everything neatly, returning the house to its original order.🙂‍↔️👍
